Shipping Policy

At Lallaria, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Each piece is carefully packed and double-checked before it ships.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST and standard shipping. There are no hidden charges at checkout for prepaid orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other locations: 5–8 working days

During peak seasons, new launches, or festive periods, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable pin codes. An additional COD charge of ₹200 applies and will be added to your order total at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow its delivery status.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders safely. While we monitor deliveries closely, delays caused by courier networks, weather, or remote locations are sometimes beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked "delivered" but hasn't reached you, please contact us within 24 hours at care@lallaria.com. We'll coordinate with the courier to help resolve it.

Address Changes

Shipping address changes are possible only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make edits.
