Return and Refund Policy

At Lallaria, every piece is made in limited batches with care and intention. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Because each item is handcrafted in small runs, this model helps us maintain quality, keep every collection special, and stay sustainable. In place of returns, we offer size exchanges under the conditions described below.

Refunds

As we do not accept returns, refunds are issued only in specific cases — for example, when a damaged or defective item cannot be replaced, or when your requested exchange size is unavailable.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 working days:

  • Prepaid orders: credited to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: credited to a bank account or UPI ID provided by you.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Size Exchanges

If the size isn't right, you can request a size exchange within 15 days of your order being shipped.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Request must be raised within 15 days of the order being shipped
  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only

A flat exchange shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all size exchanges and is borne by the customer. Once approved, the original item is picked up by our delivery partner. After we receive and inspect it, your exchange is processed and delivered within 5–7 working days.

Please note: Due to limited stock, your preferred size may not always be available.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at care@lallaria.com within 15 days of shipping, with your order number, the item, your current size, and the size you'd like. Our team will confirm the next steps within 24 hours.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email care@lallaria.com with your order number as soon as possible. For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded within 5–10 working days.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Share clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number and contact details
  • Email everything to care@lallaria.com

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Depending on the case, we may offer an exchange or a refund. Minor colour variations or print irregularities are not considered defects — they reflect the handcrafted nature of our products and make each piece unique.
